The following is a description of steps Yahoo! takes to protect your information from misuse when ordering through a Yahoo! Store.

110% PRICE PROTECTION POLICY
If you find a lower price on another website than what you paid on CentrumSport.com within 7 days after your purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference up to the price of the item on our site.

To receive your 110% price guarantee:
1) Place an order on CentrumSport.com for the item that you want.
2) Contact us at sales@centrumsport.com or by calling 773.545.9777.

The following information will be necessary to receive your 110% price guarantee:

  • Your CentrumSport.com order number.
  • The URL (web site address) of the site where you found the lower price.
    • We will verify the price match request and refund you 110% of the price difference.

    NOTE:
  • The same style, size and color of the item in question must be in stock and available for purchase at the other website after ordering from Centrumsport.com.
  • The other website cannot be an auction site.
  • Shipping & handling charges and sales taxes (if any) will be included in determining the price difference as calculated at competitor's checkout.
  • Promo codes or other discounts from the other website will not be included in determining the price difference.
  • Multiple pair discounts such as "Buy One, Get 2nd Pair at half Price" sales will not be included in determining the price difference.
  • Offer applies to a maximum of 3 items of the same style per customer.

    All orders processed before 4:00 p.m. Central Time are shipped out the same day, all others will be shipped next business day.
    All orders with shipping address for PO BOX will be sent by USPS.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY
     Customers from Canada will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. Rates vary per order. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included with your Centrum Sport merchandise and shipping charges.
    International Delivery charges are based on weight and will be calculated during checkout. In the rare case that a package is returned to us because of failure of the customer to pay the Canadian customs fee there will be a refund made for the price of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Orders to Canada will be shipped by UPS Standard to Canada (5-10 business days)


    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
    Please refer to the back of your invoice for detailed instructions on making your return. If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a note or letter containing the following information:
  • Your name, address, and email address
  • Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
  • A list the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s) (for example: wrong size, wrong product, didn't like color, damaged in transit, etc.)

    • Customers have the ability to return their purchase(s) at any time. We want you to be 100% satisfied. All we ask is that you fill out this form, and enclose it in your return package. We prefer to receive returns within 30 days of the purchase and it’s always good idea to send it back in the same carton it came in. Returns should be shipped insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to expedite your refund.

    If you’d like to make an exchange, simply process your return and reorder what you want by coming back to centrumsport.com and making another selection.

    For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached (items worn outside will show signs of wear so please try all items indoor).

    NOTE: No returns on all 50% off sales.
    NOTE: No returns or exchanges on all SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS.

    We do NOT cover return/exchange shipping cost. The only exception is if we have made an error by shipping you wrong item. In case we have sent you the wrong item we will cover all shipping costs.

    BACKORDER POLICY
    Due to manufacturing delays and/or unexpected demand we may at times be temporarily out of stock on certain items. If you place an order for any merchandise that is currently not available, we will attempt to contact you regarding your order via phone or email.

    SALES TAX
    Sales Tax is added only to orders delivered within state of Illinois. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order.
